Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of Flux3-video.org ("FLUX 3 Video," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing credits, or generating content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Flux3-video.org is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Black Forest Labs. FLUX is a trademark of its respective owner.

The Service

FLUX 3 Video provides a browser-based workflow for submitting prompts and permitted source materials to an AI video generation service. Available modes, controls, processing time, output quality, resolution, duration, audio, and other features may vary.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your Content and Responsibilities

You retain any rights you already hold in prompts and source materials you submit. You grant us and our service providers the limited rights necessary to process, transmit, store, and transform those materials to provide and secure the service.

You represent that you have all permissions required to upload and use your materials. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing or using them. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

Commercial use depends on the rights in your inputs and the terms and licenses that apply to the relevant model and API provider. We do not grant rights that we do not possess.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to:

• violate law or another person's rights;
• create or distribute child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors;
• impersonate, defraud, harass, exploit, or threaten others;
• create deceptive intimate imagery or other non-consensual sexual content;
• upload content you do not have the right to use;
• bypass access controls, credits, rate limits, or security measures;
• disrupt the service, scrape it at abusive volume, or reverse engineer protected systems;
• introduce malware or use generated content for harmful or fraudulent activity.

We may reject prompts, remove content, limit usage, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary.

Credits and Payments

Credits are a limited, revocable license to use eligible generation features. Credits are not currency, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value except where required by law. The applicable price, credit quantity, and validity period are shown before purchase.

Payments are processed by Creem. You authorize the applicable charge when completing checkout. Taxes and currency conversion may apply depending on your location and payment method.

Failed Generations

We intend to restore credits when a generation task is recorded as failed by the service. Credits may not be restored when a completed output does not match subjective expectations, when a user abandons a task, or when misuse or invalid input causes the failure.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Availability and Changes

AI generation relies on third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee continuous availability, a particular processing time, or permanent access to generated files. We may change features, providers, limits, credit requirements, or prices as the service evolves. Previously purchased credits will remain subject to the terms shown at purchase unless a change is required for security or law.

Intellectual Property

The website, software, interface, branding, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, or redistribute the service or its software.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, security risk, fraud, chargebacks, legal requirements, or conduct that harms the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and output quality.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, business, or opportunities arising from the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
